Lending of products – terms and expectations:

• Loans are made by appointment and typically for 1–2 weeks at a time.
• One product is loaned at a time, unless otherwise agreed.
• Security for lending is provided in the form of a reservation on your payment card.
• Known partners do not need to provide security.
• The collaboration must create value for both parties – both Hymness and the collaboration partner.
• The partner is responsible for picking up and delivering the products - unless otherwise agreed.
• The partner is responsible for returning the product in the same condition in which it was received.
• We review all products and ensure that they are prepared for the next loan.
• Please note that these are pre-loved versions - meaning that more people have enjoyed them.

At Hymness, we believe it makes sense for products to be used by more than one person - instead of just being given away. Lending provides flexibility and value for both parties 🌱
