RETURN GUIDE


Returns within 30 days

  • The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer (just like starting your car and returning a purchase to a physical store). The cost is DKK 49. Purchase a return label via our return portal at the link below.
  • We do not accept used items for return – this includes items that smell of smoke, perfume, or similar, or show signs of wear.
  • Please return the item in the same packaging in which you received it.
  • On the return portal, you can select which items you wish to return from your order.
  • We aim to process your return as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving your returned package. That means you’ll receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving and approving the returned item.
  • The amount will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase. You will receive an email once your return has been processed and the refund issued.

Late Return – After 30 Days

  • If your return is received after the 30-day return period, the value of the returned item will be issued as a gift card.
  • The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
  • We do not offer refunds for returns received after the return deadline!

FAQ – Complaints

  • For complaints, please contact us at info@hymness.com with a photo and a short description.
  • If the issue is due to a production fault, we will make sure to repair or replace the item.
  • Repair is always our first option. We will provide a shipping label to our trusted repair partner.
  • If you prefer to use a different repair service, please inform us of the cost beforehand so we can approve it.
  • If we determine that the issue is not due to a production fault but to unintended use, we may refer you to our skilled repair partner, who can fix the issue – at your own expense. This is often necessary for well-used items.
